Conferences

Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held on Monday, November 24th and Tuesday, November 25th (see times below). There will be no scheduled appointments; conferences will be held on a “drop-in” basis only. Parents are encouraged to stop in between the times given and visit with the teachers of their choice, for no more than 10 minutes per teacher. We have found that by using this 'drop-in' method, teachers are able to conference with more parents. This format change will not affect your ability to visit with all of your student’s teachers!

Conferences will be held in the Dog House due to construction near the Igloo. The entrance to the Dog House faces I-94. The set up will be no different, held in the 'arena style' setting, going around the Dog House with the teachers in alphabetical order. Parents are still asked to please form a line if the teacher they wish to talk to is busy with another parent. And while visiting with a teacher, we ask that parents be respectful of the time. We realize that 10 minutes is not enough time if you have major concerns that you wish to discuss; therefore, we suggest that you contact the teacher and set a separate appointment for another day.

Your student's REPORT CARD will be available at the Counselors’ table in the center of the Igloo.
