Attention, Seniors! Your senior pictures must be turned in by this Friday for the yearbook, or they will not be included in the yearbook. You must see Mr. Packard if you believe you will not make the deadline. This is your last chance!
All Michigan Youth in Government members, please meet in Mrs. Dixon's room, 213, for a brief meeting after school today. If you cannot attend, see Mrs. Dixon ASAP.
It's not too late! If you missed the opening forensics meeting on Tuesday, please stop by Mrs. Scheidt's room, 215, to pick up information, schedules, and an availability sheet. Don't miss out on the PN Forensics experience!
Interested second-semester co-op students – The deadline is fast approaching to turn in your co-op application. This Friday, December 19 is the deadline for all second-semester co-op applications. Don't miss your chance to be involved with this Education for Employment program. Get your application in to your counselor this week. If you have questions about co-op, please see your counselor or Mrs. Bartell.
Attention, seniors! There is a list in the counseling office of all seniors who have not turned in their senior picture and the $15.00 fee to Prestige Photography to be pictured in the Class of 2009 composite. There are many, many students who have not turned in their photo. To be sure whether or not you will be pictured in your class composite, you may stop in the counseling office to preview the list. For all questions / concerns regarding the class composite, please call Prestige Photography at 381-0541.
Attention, all BPA students! We will be having a short (15 minute) meeting right after school Thursday to discuss the upcoming regional competition. It is imperative that you attend this meeting. We will be meeting in Mr. Paffhausen's room (315).
Attention, Latin and German Club members! Fundraiser pickup is today after school. Please pick up your product in the lobby of the auditorium straightaway after school. Plan a ride if needed.
ATHLETICS
Congrats to the women's basketball teams for wins over Kalamazoo Central! All three teams came home with victories. The JV women's basketball team defeated Kalamazoo Central in overtime. The team was led by Katie Lorenz and Shelby Bridges, who both had 14 points. Varsity defeated Kalamazoo Central last night 76-44. Five players scored in double figures: Cecilee Jarrad 17 points, Ashley Wilson 14 points, Kaitlin Noverr 12 points, Jillian Karrick 10 points, and Vania Van Hyfte 10 points. The ladies take on Portage Central at home Friday night. Both teams are 3-1, so come out and cheer the Lady Huskies on!
Attention, any girls interested in playing water polo! There will be an informational meeting in the media center after school at 3:00 on Wednesday. If you cannot attend but are interested, please see Somers Smott with your information.
It's a Freeze Out at the Igloo! PN vs. PC women's basketball is this Friday, December 19. All PN fans who wear orange will get a free full-size candy bar. All PN students can be in a free raffle with lots of cool prizes, including the Cashinator Cold Cash game and freezing ice cream sundae party for 12 PN students!
