District Advisory Council

DAC Photo

The District Advisory Council meets monthly throughout the school year providing a critical link between Portage Schools and the community. DAC members provide two-way communications by bringing grass-roots input to the Council and by taking information back to their schools or sharing with community contacts.

The Council also serves as a focus group or sounding-board for the District on a variety of topics impacting the District and its relationship with parents and the community.

The Council expanded its community representation for this year. Contact Ms. Edna Kent at 323-5148 for more information.
