International Baccalaureate

IB is a rigorous two-year comprehensive curriculum for grades 11 and 12 that prepares students for post-secondary study. Our District's high schools have been authorized to offer IB since the 1998-99 school year.

Extended Essay Topics by 2008 IB Diploma Candidates

Three core components for all IB Diploma students are Theory of Knowledge, Extended Essay, and Creativity, Action, Service. Following are the essay topics from this year's students:

Central Essays
