GSA Meeting--GSA
Meeting is today in Ms. Hazen’s room (Waylee 5) after school. We are
organizing the sale of Day of Silence T-Shirts as well as activities for Day
of Silence, which is April 16th this year.
British Club--This
week Wednesday, March 3rd and Thursday, March 4th, the British
club will meet in Mrs. Moore`s room (2014) for flyer and poster making.
Bring creative supplies such as poster board, markers, and crayons.
Stampede--The
Central Stampede is looking for guest columnists for their remaining three
issues. If you are a strong writer with something interesting to say, stop
by Room 306 and talk to the Stampede adviser, Mrs. Braford.
Attention Spanish Club members!--Don't
forget to stop by Sra. Kaakani's room after school today for a 5 minute,
informational meeting. Hasta la vista!
Attention
juniors:--The last ACT Practice test
has been moved to Thursday of this week, due to scheduling difficulties.
The Science practice test will be Thursday, at 3 p.m. in the
Media Center.
Hey PC!--Student
Council would like to remind you the date for the
Blood Drive has now been changed to Tuesday,
March 16th. Thank you and signups will begin soon!
AP Testing--If
you are interested in taking an AP test this May please turn in an exam
registration form and payment by March 19th. You can get a
form from your AP teacher, Mr. Schira or on the schools website.
Attention Seniors--Jostens
will be here to deliver graduation announcements on Tuesday March 16th
from 10-1 -- you will need to bring your balance due at this time.
From the Athletic
Office:--There will be a
mandatory meeting this Friday after school in the cafeteria for all those
interested in playing JV or Varsity Softball this spring. If you’re unable
to attend – see Mr. Hamilton in the main office at Waylee.
Best of luck to the Men’s
Basketball teams tonight at home against Mattawan and….To the Hockey team
against Portage Northern tonight at the Annex starting at 8 p.m.
