Request a repair by clicking Chromebook Form.
Step 1. Please use this form to submit a request for repair.
Step 2. Print 2 copies of the email confirmation. The email will be sent to your school email address.
Step 3. Bring the Chromebook and printed email confirmation pages with you to the main office. You must have the confirmation page with you when you drop off the Chromebook. The office will sign and return one copy to you. If you need a loaner, bring the signed form to the library and they will issue you one for use during the school day. The library will not loan Chromebooks to students without a signed repair form.
Note: The technology department will inspect your Chromebook, and determine if any repairs are to be made. PCHS will determine if any charges will be assessed for repairs.
