Step 1. Please use this form to submit a request for repair.
Step 2. Print the email confirmation. The email will be sent to your school email address.
Step 3. Bring the Chromebook and printed email confirmation with you to the main office. You must have the confirmation page with you when you drop off the Chromebook.
Note: The technology department will inspect your Chromebook, and determine if any repairs are to be made. PCHS will determine if any charges will be assessed for repairs.
