Online Registration

Current Portage Families

Step A – Families with other students already enrolled in the district register using Skyward Family Access.

NOTE: This is an application only. The school will contact you once enrollment is complete.

Step B – Submit required documents listed below.  Other than the Birth Certificate, all documents can be submitted online using the Student Enrollment Application Form.

New Families

Step A – Set up a Registration Account

NOTE: An email address is required to enroll.  After registration, you will receive a confirmation email with your username, password, and a clickable link to begin the registration process.

Step B – Complete the “New Student Enrollment: Application Form”

NOTE: This is an application only. The school will contact you once enrollment is complete.

Step C – Submit required documents listed below.  Other than the Birth Certificate, all documents can be submitted online using the Student Enrollment Application Form.

Required Documents

The following documents must be submitted for enrollment:

  • Certified/original birth certificateMust present in person to school building (or Admin. building during the summer).
  • Proof of residency – Recently dated gas, electric or water utility bill; property tax bill; lease; mortgage; or renters or homeowners insurance. A driver’s license or cell phone bill cannot be used as proof.
  • Current immunization records (contact your medical provider).
  • Kindergarten/Young 5s students will need to submit a current health appraisal as well as recent hearing/vision screenings (contact your medical provider).
  • High school students will need a transcript from their previous school or the most recent copy of their 8th-grade report card.
