Congratulations to the Class of 2023 – our 600+ graduates of Central, Northern, and Community High Schools! We are proud of you!
Thank you to parents, mentors, teachers, and staff for your support of these graduates to help them reach this important milestone! The Board of Education wishes our graduates success in the next stage of their lives.
We monitor the progress of our students after graduation. The most recent data from the Class of 2021-22 indicates:
- Our four-year graduation rate is 96% compared to the state average of 81%
- Within 12 months of graduation, 73% of our graduates are enrolled in some type of college compared to the state average of 53%.
An increasing number of students are participating in Career and Technical Education(CTE). During this school year, 483 (36%) of our juniors and seniors participated in CTE classes. We expect this number to increase as demand for skilled jobs continues to rise.
