Conferences provide you the opportunity to discuss your student’s progress and ways to support future success. We will be hosting conferences virtually for the fall. Parents will have the opportunity to sign up for a Google Meet or teacher call in conference.

Ski Club Sign Up – October 31st through November 29th
PCMS Ski club skis at Bittersweet on Thursday nights January – February. We are only doing Bittersweet this year due to low numbers for the past few years at TimberRidge. Weekly participation in the ski club is optional. Online sign-up will run from Monday, October 31st-Tuesday November 29th.

Fall 2022 lunch changes
Starting next fall all meals will be returning to pre-pandemic pricing. This means that meals will be charged to your students account based on their meal benefit status (free, reduced or paid). We will be setting meal prices in the coming weeks for the next school year. If you feel you may qualify for meal benefits based on your income you should complete a meal benefit application now online at www.familyportal.cloud so that your benefits status carries over for 30 days into next school year.
There is such a thing as a “Free Lunch” in the summer!
Portage Public Schools will be serving FREE lunches for any child age 18 and under at two locations June 20th – August 5th (No meal service July 4th through 8th)

Picnic lunch will be served Monday – Friday (weather permitting) Must eat lunch on site. No ID is required and you do not have to be a PPS student! So come on out and Meet Up and Eat Up with your family and friends!
CMS Therapy Dog
If you would like to help contribute to the therapy dogs needs (food, bed/toys, veterinary care etc) please click here to make a donation today. We appreciate anything you are willing to give.
Student Chromebook Issues
1) The Student will hand it to the media clerk and the student will fill out this Repair Form
, it will create a help ticket for our building tech.
2) Media clerk will then issue a Loaner device from the cart for the student to use for the day (it must be returned at the end of the day, it can NOT go home with the student). Each day they will borrow a loaner chromebook until device is repaired.
3) The ticket will notify our building tech of the chromebook needing repair, they will retrieve the chromebook and repair it. The building tech will send an email notifying them that their device is repaired and ready for pickup in the Media Center.
4) If there this deliberate damage, fees will be assessed (per Chromebook contract).
