Portage Northern High School

Staff members Jessica Jeffrey from Central Middle and Casey Badders from Central High were honored by the Board of Education in June for their role in educating and supporting special education students. The Kalamazoo County Parent Advisory Committee sponsors the Excellence in Special Education Awards to recognize teachers and staff members for their constant commitment to students, families and the community. These awards are especially meaningful as the recipients are nominated by students and their families.
