Portage Central High School

PPS teachers and staff took a deeper dive into the work of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion during the May Professional Development Day. The day’s events included hearing from Dr. Sharroky Hollie, a national educator from the Center for Culturally Responsive Teaching and Learning. Hearing from Dr. Hollie was the latest in the District’s efforts to create a more equitable and inclusive school environment. Teachers and staff also took lessons in everything from classroom management to using creative tools to better serve our students.
